Former V.P. candidate and ex-Governor Sarah Palin wrote full time for four months to prepare her memoirs for a November 2009 release by Harper Collins imprint Harper.
McCain's Republican running mate Sarah Palin announced in mid-May 2009 the upcoming release of her new book, Going Rogue: An American Life, slated to launch in early spring, 2010. Although Harper Collins' website still offers pre-orders with a release date of April 15, 2010 (current as of September 29), widespread news sources – including this article by CBC News - report that imprint Harper announced an early release date. Harper has a large first run planned, with 1.5 million copies in November's initial printing.
